Goshen County is in southeastern Wyoming with Nebraska to the east. Formally organized in 1911, Goshen County contains 2,225 square miles of land and 7 square miles of water. The county seat is Torrington. Fort Laramie National Historic Site on the Oregon Trail is here. So is Hawk Springs State Park.
