Section 16: From Monte Vista take Highway 15 south for 2 miles to #2 South Road. Go 3 miles west to property. Section 36: From Monte Vista take Highway 15 south for 2 miles to #2 South Road, then go west 9.5 miles to property.

HUNTING: Elk, deer, pronghorn, coyote, bobcat, mountain lion, furbearers, small game.
RESTRICTIONS: Vehicle access limited to existing roads; no camping or campfires; hunting prohibited in safety zone as posted along east side of Tract 1.

Beaver Creek Reservoir

From South Fork go 2 miles southwest on US 160 to USFS Road 360 (Beaver Creek Road) then 6 miles south to reservoir.
FISHING: coldwater lake
RECREATION: wildlife observation
FACILITIES: USFS campgrounds, rest room, drinking water, boat ramps.
RESTRICTIONS: Snagging kokanee permitted October 1 to December 31; discharging firearms prohibited; open fires prohibited on ice; boating prohibited if it creates a whitewater wake.

Home Lake

From Monte Vista go 1.5 miles east on Sherman Avenue to property.
FISHING: Coldwater lake
RECREATION: Wildlife observation
RESTRICTIONS: Boating prohibited except craft propelled by hand, wind, electric motor or motorboats up to 10 horsepower any time but motorboats greater than and including 10 horsepower only 10 a.m. to 4 p.m; Closed from sunset to sunrise except for fishing or with night hunting permit.

FISHING: Coldwater stream
RECREATION: Hiking, wildlife observation
FACILITIES: Rest room, parking areas
RESTRICTIONS: Camping prohibited except in parking areas with toilet facilities, fires prohibited, public access prohibited Feb. 15 - July 15; Area wildlife manager may post closures to manage hunting pressure during waterfowl seasons, to protect equipment and human health and safety.
