Go 0.33 miles east of Weldona on CR Y to CR 10, turn and go north on CR 10 for 2 miles. Property is on both sides of CR 10. Gate is at southeast corner of Section 22 and in southwest corner of Section 21.

Go 2.5 miles north of Brush on Highway 71, turn and go north 1 mile on CR 28.

  • On Charter Pond, minimum size for largemouth and smallmouth bass is 15".
  • Closed to all uses except deer hunting on opening weekend of regular rifle deer season and opening day and first weekend of late rifle deer season.
  • No horses allowed except when training hunting dogs and only in February, March, April (up to the Wednesday before spring turkey season opens), and August.

Go south of Brush on Clayton Street to check station, then 2.25 miles south to the parking area.

  • Quint Tract: Landowner permission required for deer hunting as posted.

Jackson Lake

From Highway 39 exit on the I-76 go 7.4 miles north on Highway 39 to Highway 144, then go 1 mile northeast to CR 5. Turn and go 3.8 miles north to CR CC, then go 1 mile west to CR 4, then go 1/4 mile south to property.

FISHING: Warmwater lake
RECREATION: Power boating, sailboating, wind surfing, waterskiing, wildlife observation
FACILITIES: No boat ramp
RESTRICTIONS:

  • No fishing allowed from November 1 through last day of regular waterfowl season.
  • No hunting allowed from frozen surface of lake and elsewhere as posted.

  • No target practice allowed unless authorized by area wildlife manager.
  • Minimum size for walleye and saugeye is 15". Only 1 walleye or saugeye in the aggregate longer than 21" is allowed per day.
  • Minimum size for wipers is 15".
