Pomerelle Mountain Resort sits above the Magic Valley in south central Idaho. This is a non-commercial ski and summer resort with an excellent outdoor grill. There is a half-pipe on the mountain and about 9 kilometers of cross-country trails around the base area. Pomerelle also offers night skiing five nights a week. The equipment rental shop is located in the basement of the lodge.

To get there: get off Interstate 84 at exit 216 (Declo/Albion) and go 25 miles south on State Route 77.
