The Jones Park Trail is a 6 mile, moderately difficult hike/ski that folks seem to use all year round.
Access: Take the North Cheyenne Canyon Road out of Colorado Springs to High Drive. The trailhead is about 1 mile up High Drive. Notes: You'll often see motorcycles on this trail in the summer. Bring your own water, camping is allowed, campfire permits are not required. USGS Maps: Manitou Springs |
