This 0.9-mile easy, self-guided nature trail spans the distance between Blue Mountain Campground and Riverside Campground in Elevenmile Canyon, southeast of Lake George. With 5 campgrounds and 4 picnic areas, this is a popular area for camping, hiking, fishing and even inner tubing in some areas of Elevenmile Canyon. Adjoining the Hardrock Trail is a 0.6 mile side trip on the Overlook Side Trail, overlooking Elevenmile Canyon.
