Access: Lower Juan Miller Campground is 1/4 away from Upper Juan Miller Campground, 27 miles north of Clifton, Arizona, via US 191 and Forest Road 475. Elevation: 5,740' Unless the access road is closed by snowfall, the campground is open year-round. This is a lightly used historic campground under the sycamores and oaks. There is an old, hand-dug cistern-type water well just north of the campground. Facilities:
